In spring, we offer wild mountain vegetables; in summer, local vegetables and river fish; in autumn, mushrooms; and in winter, hot pot dishes featuring local ingredients... We primarily use ingredients from Gunma Prefecture, and we repeatedly communicate with producers and suppliers to determine the best seasonal ingredients and source only the highest quality products. Enjoy a wonderful dinner in our Japanese cuisine, which uses dashi (broth) as a base to bring out the natural flavors of seasonal ingredients, in one of our private dining rooms, each with a different atmosphere.
